Strategic Move Marks Milestone in ISS’s Commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, Strengthening Local Partnerships and Enhancing Security Solutions.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – September 28, 2025: Intelligent Security Systems (ISS), a US developer of video management and analytics software using artificial intelligence technologies, announces the opening of its first Riyadh office, marking a milestone since its 2021 entry into the Kingdom. The launch follows the successful issuance of the company’s Commercial Registration (CR) and was made possible with guidance and support from the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA).

This strategic move underscores ISS’s continued commitment to the Kingdom, building on five years of successful operations and projects across the Kingdom. The new Riyadh office will serve as a hub for local partnerships, client support, and the delivery of advanced security technology solutions tailored to the Saudi market.

The grand opening was attended by ISS Chairman Richard Burns, representatives from the Embassy of the United States in Saudi Arabia, key partners from both the public and private sectors, as well as members of the ISS team.

“The opening of our office in Riyadh reflects ISS’s long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia and its vision for digital transformation and security innovation” said Richard Burns, Chairman of ISS. “We are honored to be part of the Kingdom’s growth story and thank the Ministry of Investment for their continuous support in making this milestone possible.”

Raheel Jalili, Country Director of ISS for KSA & Bahrain added, “This office is not just a physical presence, but a fully operational facility, complete with an experience center, state-of-the-art training facilities, and a skilled team of support and sales professionals dedicated to delivering excellence.”

The announcement follows the May 2025 Saudi-U.S. Summit between HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and President Donald Trump, which highlighted the importance of strengthening economic and tech ties. ISS’s expansion aligns with this vision, supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
